Pretty Pink Meditation

Pretty Pink Meditation is an original oil pastel drawing. I’ve incorporated a lot of organic shapes and really tapped into the abstract style. Pink and green felt right for this composition. I did create this as a practice of mindfulness and meditation. Instead of focusing on a perfect form, I chose to focus on calming and resetting my nervous system by scribbling shapes and blending colours.
