Hibiscus Romance

Hibiscus Romance is an original oil pastel drawing. This unique artwork depicts bold deep reds and big blooming hibiscus flowers. The contrasting light yellow outline brings the work together and breaks up the monochrome shades to highlight the flowers. 

 This artwork wasn’t inspired by anything in particular it was mostly me just messing around and experimenting with colours and styles I wouldn’t usually use. Flowers tend to be my default subject and I love that no two flowers are ever the same which is probably why I keep drawing them.
